燃煤电厂锅炉小径管焊口倾角对其应力集中的影响

Effect of Different Welding Seam Angle on Stress Intensity of Small Diameter Tube to Reheater in Coal - burning Thermo - electric Factory with 200MW Power

摘要 结合某电厂锅炉再热器集箱小径管的焊口,将实际问题理想化为符合实际的力学模型,分析了采用有限元法来求解该力学模型的必要性。给出了有限元法计算模型,研究了焊口倾角对焊口应力集中系数的影响。研究表明,取小的焊口倾角可减小应力集中系数。 The welding parts of of small diameter tube of reheater in a thermo - electric factory were calculated by finite element methods. The finite element analysis model was put forward. The affection of tilting angle of welding parts to stress intensity factors were researched. Resareh result that stress intensity factor of calculated object increase with increase of tilting angle of welding seam is obtained.
