摘要
运用三维设计软件Solidworks对工程机械中的挖掘装载机的主要部件铲斗进行三维结构造型设计,并运用内嵌在Solidworks中的有限元分析系统Cosmos/Works对其进行强度分析,模拟仿真直观地分析出其在工作受载状态下的应力分布情况,然后经过分析计算,优化出挖掘装载机铲斗的合理结构和尺寸,缩短挖掘装栽机的设计制造周期,并降低其设计制造成本,提高其安全可靠性。
The bucket of the grab is designed with Solidworks software, its strength is analyzed with Cosmos/ Works of Solidworks, its stress distribution under load is got by simulation, its appropriate structure and dimension are optimized, the cycle of design and manufacture is abbreviated and its cost of design and manufacture is reduced, its reliability is improved.
