摘要
螺纹的拧紧直接关系到机械的安全性,主要针对螺纹在拧紧的过程中螺桩从机匣壳体中被拔出,或螺桩和螺母中的螺纹发生较大变形导致失效的情况,通过对拧紧过程中摩擦的分析,阐述了螺纹拧紧力矩的计算方法。
Twisting moment of screw thread have important relation with the safety of machine in some occasions, the screw thread may be pulled out of the casing shell when screwed down. And the screw thread included in the clowel and nut can be clisabled because of great distortion. By analyzing the friction during the twist, some calculation methods to the twisting moment are put forward.
