摘要
硬态车削是一种把车削作为淬硬钢工件的最终精加工工序的新工艺。论述硬态车削工艺及其特点,提出硬态车削的关键技术,对硬态车削的应用进行分析和展望。
Hard - turning is a new technology of ＂replacing grinding by turning＂ for hardened steel. The methods and its technological character of hard - turning are discussed. Key technology of hard - turning are put forward. Applications of hard - turning are analyzed and prospected.
