Gives a brief introduction to the necessities of developing vacuum combined switches with the name KJZ - 3×400S, which is used in coal mines for isolation explosion as well as compatible security. It also gives a thorough explanation to its content （ including its major technical parameter）, principal technique, initiation, application and authentication. The main purpose is to advocate its wide use in the society at large.
