介绍了CA6140普通机床的数控化改造技术,包括对机床改造的可行性分析,普通机床改造原理,主传动系统改造,进给传动系统的改造,自动回转刀架的选择与安装,以及在改造中应注意的事项等进行了详细地论述,并介绍了机电联调的经验。
Described the numerically retrofitting technology on CA6140 universal lathe, including the analysis of feasibility, the reform theory of universal lathe, reform of main transmission system ,feed transmission system , selection and installation of automatic round sword shelf, as well as matters needing attention of reform in detail. The experience of mechanical and electrical debugging is descuibed.
