摘要
纺织原材料回潮率是纺织生产中一项重要的技术指标,对其进行检测与控制生产过程中的必备环节.本文以ADuC831微处理器芯片为核心构成数据采集系统,对纺材生产中环境温度、湿度进行实时监测,将其控制在规定的范围内,使实际生产得以正常进行.
The moisture regain of raw weave materials is a very important qualification in textile production. It's a necessary process to detect and control the environmental temperature and humidity. This paper presented a data acquisition system (DAS) composed of ADuC831. Because the DAS could realize the real time detection and control of temperature and humidity in textile production, it ensured the normal production.
