摘要
为了研究废塑料在高炉风温条件下的燃烧特性,用红外分析仪测出聚乙烯(PE)颗粒和煤粉混合物在风温条件下燃烧时尾气中CO和CO2的含量,进而计算出不同条件下的燃烧率。结果表明,燃烧温度越高燃烧速度越快,燃烧率越高;塑料粒度越大燃烧率越高;塑料颗粒与煤粉混合物中塑料粒度小且含煤粉多的试样燃烧率高。
In order to study the combustion characteristic of the waste plastic at blast temperature, the content of CO and CO2 of gas during the combustion course of polyethylene particle and the mixture of coal powder at the blast temperature was measured by the infrared analysis instrument, and then corresponding combustion rate was calculated. The results showed when blast temperature is higher, the combustion speed is quicker and the combustion rate is higher; when the plastics particle is larger, the combustion rate is higher; the combustion rate of the mixture which contained small plastics particles and the large proportion of coal powder is high.
