CSP带钢热连轧机架间水冷传热数值模拟

Mathematical Modeling of Interstand Cooling during CSP Hot Strip Rolling

摘要 采用有限差分方法,建立了CSP热轧过程轧件传热及温度场模拟模型,对CSP带钢热连轧过程中机架间冷却过程的传热进行了模拟计算。讨论了机架间水冷对带钢传热和断面温度演变的影响。 An implicit finite difference method based mathematical model for thermal evolution and temperature history prediction of CSP hot roiling was developed.The thermal evolution of hot rolled strip during interstand cooling at CSP hot roiling line was calculated and investigated with numerical method. Effects of water cooling on the strip thermal evolution and profile temperature distribution were studied and discussed.
