旋流纺输送管道的形状与尺寸对纱线条干不匀率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 圆盘式旋流纺纱是一种新型的纺纱方法,输送管道是旋流纺设备的重要构件之一.以旋流纺输送管道为研究对象,通过对输送管道进行设计、试验与分析,阐明了输送管道的形状与尺寸对所加工纱线条干不匀率的影响.研究结果表明,纱线条干不匀率最小的条件是:输送管道进口面的宽度为22 mm,进口面高度为30 mm,下层面和进口面的夹角为30°,上层面和进口面的夹角为148°,出口圆弧高度为24 mm,出口宽度为9 mm,下层面长度为43 mm. Disc swirl spinning is a new method of spinning and the conducting tube is an important part of this spinning system. In this paper, the conducting tube was studied in detail, the different conducting tubes were designed and used to spinning, properties of yarns produced by them were tested and analyzed, and the effect of the conducting tube shape and size on the unevenness of the yarn was illustrated. The experiments show that the unevenness of the yarn is the smallest when the conducting tube entrance width is 22 mm,the entrance highness is 30 mm, angle between undersurface and entrance side is 30°,angle between upper side and entrance side is 148°, the exit highness is 24 mm,the exit width is 9 mm and the undersurface length is 43 mm.
