摘要
对动态力学性能和静态力学性能的关系进行了理论分析,认为二者之间存在对应关系。通过对采用动态力学分析(DMA)法得到的动态储能模量主曲线和材料试验机得到的静态松弛主曲线进行对比,验证了这种关系。提出了根据动态和静态力学性能关系,利用动态储能模量主曲线得到静态松弛模量和静态强度,以评估推进剂老化状态的非破坏性方法。预测值和实测值的比较结果显示,该方法能够较好地评估推进剂的寿命状态。
The relationship between the dynamic mechanical property and the static mechanical property of solid propellants was analyzed theoretically, and the results show that there exists the corresponding relationship between them. The dynamic storage modulus master curve obtained by means of the dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) methods was compared with the static relaxation modulus master curve obtained from material test machine, finally the relationship was confirmed. A new nondestructive approach, which can make use of the dynamic storage modulus master curve to get the static relaxation modulus and static stress on the basis of the relationship, was put forward so as to assess storage life of solid propellants. The comparison results of the predicted data and the tested data show that storage life of solid propellants can be accuratelly assessed by using the method.
