COPD患者血清IGF-Ⅱ测定及其临床意义

Clinical Significance of Determination of Serum Insulin-Like Growth Factor Ⅱ Levels in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases(COPD)

摘要 目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者血清IGF-Ⅱ水平的变化及其临床意义。方法:采用放射免疫分析测定60例COPD患者和30例非COPD患者的血清IGF-Ⅱ水平,并进行对照统计分析。结果:COPD组血清IGF-Ⅱ水平显著高于对照组(0.65±0.22μg/L vs 0.51±0.18μg/L;t=3.015;P<0.01),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期COPD患者间IGF-Ⅱ水平无显著性差异(F=0.287,P>0.05),住院死亡组血清IGF-Ⅱ水平显著高于好转出院组(t=2.727,P<0.05)。结论:COPD患者血清IGF-Ⅱ显著升高,住院死亡组升高更明显。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of the changes of serum insulinlike growth factor Ⅱ ( IGF - Ⅱ) levels in patients with chronic obstruive pulmonary diseases (COPD). Methods The serum IGF - Ⅱ levels was determined with radioimmunoassay in 60 patients with COPD and 30 controls. Results The serum IGF - Ⅱ levels in patients with COPD were significantly higher than those in controls (0.65 ±0.22μg/L vs 0.51±0.18μg/L, P 〈0.01 ). There were no significant differences among the levels in patients of different stages ( stages Ⅰ , Ⅱ,Ⅲ ). Lvels of IGF -Ⅱ were significantly higher in patients succumbed to the dis- ease than those in patients recoverd (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Serum IGF - Ⅱ levels were significantly increased in patients with COPD, especially in those succumbed.
