类风湿性关节炎患者血清TNF-α和外周血B细胞及T细胞亚群的探讨

Study on Serum TNF-α Level,B-cell Count and T-cell Subsets Distribution in Peripheral Blood in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:探讨了类风湿性关节炎患者血清TNF-α和外周血B淋巴细胞及T淋巴细胞亚群水平的变化。方法:分别应用放射免疫分析和单克隆技术测定了37例类风湿性关节炎患者血清TNF-α和外周血B淋巴细胞及T淋巴细胞亚群的水平,并以30名正常健康人作比较。结果:类风湿性关节炎患者血清TNF-α和外周血B淋巴细胞数显著地高于正常人水平(P<0.01),而CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8则显著地低于正常人水平(P<0.01)。结论:类风湿性关节炎是一种自身调节免疫异常的疾病。

Objective To study the changes of serum TNF - α levels, B - cell count and T - cell subsets distribution in peripheral blood in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Serum TNF-α levels （with RIA）, B cell as well as T cell subsets distribution type （with monoclonal antibody technique） were examined in 37 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and 30 controls. Results Serum TNF - α levels and B lymphocytes eount were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）, but CD3 , CD4 and CD/CD8 vcere obviously lower （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease with abnormal immunoregulation.
