摘要
有些聚酯树脂采用氨基树脂作为固化剂时存在相容性问题。采用丙烯酸酯改性聚酯树脂的方法,制备了兼具丙烯酸树脂和聚酯树脂优点的环保型树脂,并且解决了聚酯树脂与氨基树脂的相容性问题。重点讨论了丙烯酸酯预聚体制备和酯化反应过程中的各种影响因素。
An environmentally protective resin with advantage of acrylic and polyester resin was prepared using an acrylate modified polyester resin. The obtained resin has good compatibility with amino resin. The influence factors on the preparation of acrylate pre-polymer and the esterification were discussed.
