输尿管镜技术在治疗双J管上移中的应用(附31例报告)

Treatment of double-J stent migration by ureteroscopic techniques (report of 31 cases)

目的探讨输尿管镜技术在双J管上移中的应用效果。方法于1998年8月～2005年8月,采用输尿管镜技术对31例双J管上移患者进行治疗。结果其中28例患者采用输尿管镜技术将其取出,另外3例患者改用其他方法治疗。成功率90.32(%28/31),取得了良好的疗效。结论该技术操作简单,对患者创伤较小,费用低,不需住院,可在门诊治疗,可作为治疗双J管上移的首选方法。

[Objective] To explore on treatment of double-j stent migration using ureteroscopic techniques. [Methods] From Aug. 1998 to Aug. 2005, Thirty-one eases of double-J stent migration were treated by uretero- seopic techniques. [Results] Twenty-eight （90.32%） patients were treated by ureteroscopic techniques successfully and three eases were failed. [ Conclusions] Ureteroscopic technique was of little trauma, salty, fewer complication and good result. It was suggested that the procedure is the first choice for treating double-J stent migration.
