基于产品族可变型结构的配置管理研究 被引量:9

摘要 根据客户订单需求的多样性和个性化特点,提出了一种基于产品族可变型结构的产品配置模型。依据产品可配置性,给出了基本配置单元、几何可变型配置单元和结构可变型配置单元3种配置单元,建立了配置模型的知识表达方法,分析了结构变型配置单元间的约束关系、配置规则表达及其求解匹配过程,并建立了约束规则和变量条件的配置设计深度优先求解算法,利用质量功能配置建立了客户需求、产品技术指标与配置单元功能模块之间的映射矩阵。最后,通过轿车配置实例验证了该方法的可行性。 According to diversified and individualized customer order requirements, a product configuration model was put forward based on a transformable structure of product family, complying with product configurability, three kinds of configuration unit including basic configuration unit, geometric convertible configuration unit and structure convertible configuration unit were presented, and knowledge representation was constructed, constraint relationship among structure convertible configuration units, expression of configuration rules and solution matching processes were analyzed. Deep preference search algorithm of configuration design about constraint rules and variable qualifications was addressed. Mapping matrix of customers" requirements, product technical index and function models of configuration unit was established. Finally, feasibility of this theory was validated through a car configuration instance.
