摘要
以某钢铁企业烧结过程优化控制系统为对象,针对系统通信数据量大,时变性强的特点,通过分析控制系统结构和OPC同步通讯机制,利用分布式结构DCOM实现OPC客户应用与服务器的接口,构建了烧结过程优化控制应用软件和烧结DCS之间的高速数据通道,有效地解决了钢铁公司烧结过程优化控制应用软件与烧结DCS之间通信难的问题,达到了实时优化控制的目的。
The system is oriented to some iron and steel enterprise's optimal control of sintering process. Based on the analysis of the system's structure and OPC synchro communication, it uses distributed DCOM to realize the interface between the OPC Client and the OPC Server. A high speed communication channel between the optimal control of sintering process and the sintering DCS is set up, and the diffi cult communication problem between them is solved.
