摘要 提出和研究了静重式力标准机的工作状态监控问题,在详细分析静重式力标准机的机械结构、主要组成部件和工作要求的基础上,设计了自动监控硬件系统,提出并建立了设备工作过程实时动画显示的全自动形象化监控界面模式;运用软件技术把控制计算机与被监控设备之间的双向信息整合,建立设备需要监控的工作部件与屏幕上动画部件之间的联系,从而达到工作状态实时动画显示,鼠标点击动画部件发出控制指令的功能,试验结果表明所采用的分析方法和解决方法是可行的、正确的,软件操作直观简便,执行过程形象化,达到了满意的监控效果,特别适合于工作状态需要实时监控的大型复杂设备。 The question of the surveillance and control of the dead weight norm force machine' s working states is put forward. Based on analyzing the DWNFM's mechanical structure, chief components and working requirement, automatic monitor hardware system is designed, and automatic and visual control interface is set up, which can display by cartoons in the working course of equipment. Through the software technology, we make the duplex information between the control computer and the controlled computer converged, meantime, make display of the control interface by cartoons keep up with the executing organs that we monitor, so that we can see every orders executing process by cartoons in the display device. It is illustrated by the test result that the analytical method and solvent are right and feasible, and software is easy to operate, and the executing process is visual, as a result, it reaches a satisfactory control purpose, and it is propitious to the big mass, complex equipment whose working states need real time surveillance.
