The design regulations and the development circulations of instrument drivers are discussed. According to design model of external and internal access of instrument drivers, Testing and calibration system for warning Radar based on LabVIEW is designed. By examples, the design methods . the function of instrument drivers and the key technology are introduced in details. Real application result shows that the instrument drivers can meet the needs of the test of this system.
