摘要 本文通过对日本建立“中国情报中心”和美国制订“日本技术文献法”期间中国、日本两国不同反应模式的具体分析，探讨了目前我国国家技术竞争情报体系的薄弱环节，并分析了其原因。 This paper examines a case about China＇s reaction to the recent establishment of China Joho Center in Japan, explores the problems by comparing it to another similar case of Japan＇s reaction to US 20 years ago. The structural defects of current Chinese National Competitive Intelligence are analyzed based on the case studies.
