摘要
发电厂的继电保护系统在整个电厂设计中占有重要的地位,目前国内外许多厂家在发电厂微机保护、控制方面都积累了成熟的经验,开发的系统达到了较高的可靠性和自动化程度。本文提出的系统方案采用美国GE公司系列继电保护产品构成保护系统,辅以LG-MASTER-K200的PLC完成控制功能,采用山大世纪工程组态软件“SDP600”开发上位机的通讯监控界面。该方案克服了进口设备人机界面可读性低、操作复杂的缺陷,相对部分国内产品又有较高的可靠性和性价比,采用PLC进行现场控制,使整个控制保护系统更加方便可靠。目前该方案已经成功的应用于青岛某热电公司微机控制保护系统,取得了良好的运行效果。
Relay protection in power plant plays an important role. Many corporations and factories have accumulated mature experiences in power plant protection and control. Production about relay protection is developed with high reliability and automation. A power plant protection scheme based on GE relays is proposed, PLC produced by LG is also used to complete control function. The MMI (Man-Machine Interface) for communication is developed by excellent homemade configuration software. The poor readability and complex operation procedure caused by foreign language are overcome simultaneity achieve high reliability and performance. The protection and control system is convenient and reliable because the application of PLC. This protection scheme has been put into operation in a power plant in Qingdao.
