摘要
分析型客户关系管理系统(ACRM)的决策支持能力是CRM实施成功的关键。首先讨论了当前银行分析型客户关系管理数据仓库系统存在的问题,然后介绍了企业信息工厂(CIF)理论的原理、主要部件和对CRM的决策支持能力,提出了一种改进的三层ACRM体系结构模型,并从体系结构和决策支持能力两个方面探讨了基于CIF的银行分析型CRM数据仓库系统的设计与实施,最后讨论了其应用。
The decision support capacity ofanalytical customerrelationship management system (ACRM) is the key ofCRM's success, Firstly, problems existed in present banking ACRM data warehouse systems are analyzed. The principle of corporate information factory (CIF) theory is introduced as well as its main components and its ability to support the decision of CRM, On this basis, an improved three-layers ACRM infrastructure model is presented. And the design and implementation of banking ACRM data warehouse system based on CIF are expressed in two ways of infrastructure and decision support capacity. Finally, applications of the system are discussed.
