摘要 影响旋毛虫感染性的因素,首先是宿主的原因:不同宿主由于其体内环境的差异,即使对同一虫种,易感性都有所不同,雄性、年老、有病的宿主更易感染;其次是旋毛虫本身的原因:旋毛虫种类繁多,已报道的有8个种和3个分类地位未确定的基因型,不同虫种,感染性差异显著,而且在其生活史中,仅某些发育阶段才具有感染性;此外,旋毛虫的感染性还与感染方式、幼虫分离方法、保存方法等有关。 The affectting factors of Trichinella infectivity are reviewed. The infectivity of identical Trichinella species varies in different host due to the endo-environment of carriers, moreover, male, old or ill hosts are likely more susceptible. As for the nematode itself, at present, the genus of Trichinella comprises eight species and three unidentified genotypes. The infectivity of them is significantly different, and during the worm's life-cycle, only some stages can infect hosts. In addition, infection mode, method of larval recovering, meat processing also affect Trichinella infectivity.
