Orexin与睡眠障碍 被引量:2

摘要 Orexin是下丘脑外侧区合成和分泌的小分子神经多肽,能影响机体摄食行为,参与血糖代谢、疼痛感知、心血管及自主神经系统的调节等。近年来发现Orexin还参与睡眠-觉醒周期的调节。为此,对Orexin参与睡眠-觉醒调控和与之相关的睡眠障碍疾病作一综述。
