睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征动物模型的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 建立合适的动物模型是研究疾病发病机制及其治疗的重要条件和基础。睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(SAHS)的发病机制和病理生理复杂,目前尚缺乏理想的、易于推广的SAHS动物模型。但国内外学者根据SAHS解剖学、病理生理学及发病特点,尝试用不同动物、不同的方法建立SAHS动物模型。本文就SAHS模型动物的选择及模型制作技术加以综述。
