摘要 通过反应挤出的方法,用环氧树脂、异氰酸酯、环氧酚醛和酚醛等多种树脂对回料聚酰胺6进行改性以提高力学性能。指出了不同体系的反应机理和优缺点。结果表明:环氧树脂对回料聚酰胺6有理想的效果:抗冲击性能提高一倍,拉伸强度也有大幅度提高。催化剂对反应挤出体系是必不可少的。差示扫描量热分析表明改性后的聚酰胺6的熔点有明显提高。结晶度有所下降。 The recycled polyamide 6 was blended with several resins(epoxy, isocyanate, epoxy-phenol, phenol) separately via reactive extrusion in order to improve its mechanical properties. The reactions that may occur in various systems were discussed. The epoxy resin was found to be the best modifier, both impact and tensile properties were enhanced remarkably. Catalyst was necessary for reactive extrusion. DSC showed that after blending the melting point of polyamide increased and the degree of crystallinity decreased.
