摘要
目的观察指蹼皮瓣滑移术治疗先天性不完全性并指畸形的疗效。方法采用指蹼皮瓣滑移术治疗先天性不完全性皮肤性并指畸形5例。结果所有皮瓣均成活,指蹼外形满意,均滑移至理想位置。指蹼处无明显瘢痕形成,无挛缩。5例患者术后指蹼外展均达到Ⅰ度。结论指蹼皮瓣滑移术是治疗先天性不完全性皮肤性并指畸形的理想方法之一。
[Objective] To observe the effect of frifting fingerweb flap on treating congenital incomplete syndactyly. [Method] Fingerweb flap was frifted to treat 5 cases of congenital incomplete cutaneous syndactyly. [Result] All fingerwebs were moved to right site and all flaps survived with good shapes. There was no obvious cicatrization and no contracture. 5 fingerwebs＇ abduction all reached I degree after the operations. [Conclusion] Frifting fingerweb flap is an ideal solutions to treat congenital incomplete cutaneous syndactyly.
