摘要
紫外线曝光机是PCB图形转移中的重要设备。传统的迈拉晒架虽然简便,但存在着需要赶气、效率低、不能实现精确对位的缺点。而双玻璃晒架与传统的迈拉晒架相比不仅具有不需要赶气、效率高的优点,还可以实现手动或自动高精度对位。在结合中国市场的实际需求后,拟定了双玻璃晒架实施方案,研究了玻璃的固定方式、腔体真空、底片吸附等问题。在大量的实验基础上有效的解决了真空和重复精度两个关键技术问题。双玻璃晒架的成功研制还为实现手动、半自动以及全自动对位的紫外线曝光机系统奠定了基础。
Ultraviolet exposure machine is the important equipment in pattern transfer of the PCB. Although the traditional Mylar-frame has the virtue of simple handling, it has some disadvantages such as the need of air-release, the poor efficiency and the unable of repeatability accuracy. Compared with the traditional Mylar-frame, the glass-glass-frame not only have advantages of high-efficiency and no need for air-release, but also it can realize the highly accurate registration both by hand-control and automatic-control. On the combination of the domestic real needs, we made a plan on the realization of the glass-glass-frame, researched the problems about the fixation of glass-glass frame, the cavity vacuum and the artwork absorption. We effective solve two key technical problem of the vacuum and repeatable accuracy on the basis of vast tests. The successfully research of the glass-glass frame made a milestone for the realization of the hand-control, the semi-automatic-control and the automatic-control on the ultraviolet exposure machine.
