摘要
研究了≤0.005%C-2.5%~2.8%Si的2.5 mm热轧电工钢板在850~1 100℃常化对0.5 mm冷轧板880℃+950℃退火后组织和磁性能的影响。结果表明,热轧板常化温度升高,冷轧板退火后的再结晶晶粒增大,铁损降低,磁感呈单调递增趋势;热轧板常化温度超过1 000℃,因第2相固溶而后弥散析出,退火冷轧晶粒细化,铁损增加,因此该钢热轧板最佳常化温度为1 000℃。
The effect of 2.5 mm hot roiled plate of electric steel ( ≤ 0.005 % C-2.5 % - 2.8 % Si) normalizing at 850 - 1 100 ℃ on structure and magnetic properties of 0.5 mm cold roiled sheet annealed at 880 ℃ + 950 ℃ has been studied. The results showed that with increasing normalizing temperature of hot wiled plate, the recrystallized grain size of annealed cold rolled sheet increased, iron loss reduced and magnetic induction monotonically increased; as normalizing temperature was more than 1 000 ℃, with solid solution second phases then precipitated dispersed in annealed cold rolled sheet, the grain fined and iron loss increased. The optimum normalizing temperature of hot rolled plate is 1 000 ℃.
