摘要
通过研究吉布斯自由能、化学平衡常数及平衡转化率的变化,对加氢气化炉内主、次化学反应进行了系统的热力学分析。结果表明,气化炉在727℃的操作温度和6 MPa的操作压力下气化效率较高;当气化炉内初始反应物中的水蒸气质量含量为10.2%时,气化产物经过脱硫、脱碳净化处理后,其中甲烷的摩尔浓度可达90%以上,同时水或水蒸气的存在对维持气化炉内的温度也起很大的作用。
Detailed thermodynamic based analysis was presented for the chemical reactions in a hydrogasifier through the analysis of Gibbs free energy, chemical equilibrium constant and the equilibrium conversion rate. The results indicated that high gasification efficiency be achieved by the operation parameters of temperature of 727℃ and pressure of 6 MPa. After being desulphurized and decarbonized, when the mass content of vapor in original reactant is 10.2%,the methane content in the co-gas is more than 90% with the mass steam fraction in the initial reactants in the hydrogasifier. Water or steam in gasifier is very important to keep the temperature of gasifier steady.
