发酵用离心式空压机节能选型的三个问题

摘要 以550Nm/min电力拖动定速离心式空压机的实例,介绍了:(1)流量调节方式的选型比较;(2)采用进气可调导叶调节流量的机组特性曲线的验证;(3)后冷却器成套条件参数的考虑给定和实际效果。3探讨流量允许负偏差和空压机轴功率允许正偏差的影响,指出国内外执行标准的差异,提出了解决方法。不能用压缩机配用电机功率,直接比较耗能水平。 With the example of550N · m^3/min electrical fixed rate centrifugal air compressor, in this article, the following were introduced: 1, the comparison of flow adjustable types; 2. the verification of the property curves of machine unit with adjustable guiding blade; 3. the determination of condition parameters for after air cooler and its practical effects. The influence of negative allowance of flow and positive allowance of shaft power of air compressor were discussed. The differences between the standards of foreign countries and China were indicated, and the solving method was presented. The motor power of air compressor can not be compared with the consumption energy.
