By introducing the pollution of Le＇an River and its reasons, it points out that Le＇ an River is polluted by Dexing Copper Mine and some other factoris and mines along the Zhishui River. It also puts forward some measures about controlling Le＇an River from the point of ecology, including the upriver ecological project and the downstream ecological project and the watercourse ecological project.
