摘要
利用NMR、2D NMR及IR、MS等实验技术详细研究了非核苷类抗艾滋病毒逆转录酶抑制剂地拉韦定甲磺酸盐的波谱学特征。借助甲磺酸地拉韦定的DEPT谱和二维1H1-H COSY、HMQC和HMBC对甲磺酸地拉韦定氢谱和碳谱进行了归属。讨论了质谱的主要碎片离子的可能裂解方式和红外特征吸收峰所对应的官能团的振动形式,为该类化合物的结构解析提供了分析依据。
The infrared spectrum, mass spectrometry, ^1H-^1H correlated spectroscopy (^1H-^1H COSY), (tH detected) heteronuelear multiple-quantum coherence (HMQC), (ill detected ) heteronuelear multiple bond coherence (HMBC) of delavirdine mesylate were studied. All the ^1H nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and lSC NMR chemical shifts were assigned by means of ^1H-^1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC. The chemical stracture of the main characteristic fragmentations and the vibrations of functional groups of this compound were discussed.
