萃取剂N-正丁基二乙酰亚胺的合成及其对铈(Ⅳ)的萃取行为 被引量:4

摘要 以正丁胺和乙酰氯为主要原料,三乙胺为缚酸剂,在盐冰浴条件下合成了酰胺类萃取剂N-正丁基二乙酰亚胺(简写为BDA I),通过NM R、M S、IR、UV等分析手段鉴定了它的具体结构,收率高达86%。萃取实验研究了酸度、盐析剂浓度、萃取剂浓度、萃取温度、稀释剂对BDA I萃取铈(Ⅳ)的影响,用斜率法求得萃合物的组成为C e(NO3)4.3BDA I。实验结果表明,BDA I对铈具有较好的萃取能力,是一种很有应用前景的新型稀土萃取剂。 Extractant N-butyldiacetylimide(short as BDAI) is synthesized under the condition of salt-ice, with n-butylamine and acetyl chloride as raw materials and triethylamine as catalyst. The structure is identified by NMR, MS,IR and UV. The yield is at least 86%. The extractive behaviors of Ce( Ⅳ )with BDAI from nitric acid solution are studied including the influences of acidity, concentration of LiNO3 and extractant, extractive temperature and diluting agent. The structure of extractive compound is Ce (NO3)4 · 3BDAI. The result shows that BDAI is a promising extractant for its good extractive and separated ability to Ce.
