摘要
本文对经手术治疗的７７３例良、恶性胃溃疡资料进行了临床病理比较，包括临床表现、溃疡部位、溃疡大小、大体形态及光镜观察。提示慢性胃溃疡癌变与病程长、溃疡灶增大和溃疡周边的肠上皮化生及上皮不典型增生增多有关。本组慢性胃溃疡癌变的检出率为２５．５％。
cases of benign and maligant gastric ulcers treated surgically were studied. Theclinical manifestations, ulcer sites, sizes, light microscopy and gross morphology wereallso analysed. The result suggests that malignant change of chronic gastric ulcer is correlated with its pronged course, increasement of ulcer, dysplasia, and intestinal metaplasia of ulcer periphery.
