摘要 针对变压器散热管实际冲压弯曲成形表面易产生皱褶等质量不高的缺陷,通过对实际加工工艺过程的分析,找出产生成形缺陷的原因并提出有效的解决办法。应用先进的有限元板料冲压分析软件Dynaform,运用动力显示求解方法,对变压器散热管冲弯成形过程进行数值模拟分析研究,通过管料两种不同截面形状方案的模拟结果的成形极限图和厚度分布云图对比分析,表明曲线过渡光滑的截面冲弯时表面成形质量高并且不易产生褶皱,验证了通过改进模具提高变压器散热管冲弯成形表面质量办法的有效性。 In view of the deformity of low surface quality of transformer radiator tube during practical punching, such as wrinkle and so on, the paper analyzes the practical punching technological process, finds the reason of deformity and suggests an effective method to solve it. The research on numerical simulation for the bending form process of transformer radiator tube has been done with advanced FEM software which is named as Dynaform and dynamic explicit solution method. The form limit diagram and the distributing diagram of thickness thinning are the result of two different section simulation. The bending form of curve-transition-smooth-section transformer radiator tube, which is difficult to be wrinkled has better surface quality by the contrast analysis of two different simulated results. The suggested method is proved effective in improving the surface quality of the bending form of transformer radiator tube.
