摘要 钢铝接触轨是城市轨道交通供电系统的主体,接触轨采用不锈钢钢带与铝合金复合的方式,接触轨接触表面采用不锈钢,可提高接触轨的耐磨性,钢铝接触轨中不锈钢钢带的成形是关键技术,是难点之一。通过研究不锈钢钢带的下料、成形、铆接孔加工工艺及方法,滚挤成形出合格不锈钢钢带,其与铝轨结合面完全满足技术要求。 Steel-Aluminium contacting rail is the main part of the city railway power supply system. Adopting the method of combining the stainless steel strip with Al-alloy for the rail and the surface of the rail using stainless steel, the anti abrasiveness can be improved. Forming process for over thick stainless steel strip of the contacting rail is the key point and is also a technical difficulty to be solved. Through the analysis and comparison of structure steel-Al composition conductor, selected materials, material shearing, forming and rivet processes etc. , the qualified stainless steel strip is roll extruded and the requirement for the combined contacting surface is met.
