摘要
针对3种压料面形式下矩形盒的拉深成形过程进行数值模拟,得出相应板坯曲边的剪切应力及角对称线上等效应力、等效应变的分布规律,并对其进行了对比分析。模拟结果表明矩形盒法兰曲边采用锥面压料面形式时的成形性能最好,板坯整体变形最均匀;采用柱面压料时成形极限比平面压料时更低。该研究结果对非回转对称拉深的试验研究及实际生产具有一定的参考价值。
The numerical simulation concerning rectangular case drawing process at three different kinds ot curve face blank-holder is carried out, from which distribution of shearing stress in the region of flange curve edge as well as that of equivalent stress and equivalent strain on the symmetric line of round angle are obtained. Furthermore, a comparative analysis is conducted. The simulation result shows that the best forming property and evenest overall deformation of the blank can be gotten when rectangular case is based on pyramidal surface in the region of flange curve edge, and that forming limit based on cylindrical surface is lower than that based on plane surface. This research possesses considerable value for the experimental study on rectangular case drawing as well as practical work.
