摘要
胃大部切除术治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡，因胃切除充分性、十二指肠残端长度、炎性水肿及操作熟练性等因素，多行毕罗Ⅱ式吻合。术后发生残胃癌为其远期并发症之一。本文就我院收治８例，对残胃癌的病因、诊疗体会作探讨。
Eight cases of gastric cancer after subtotal gastrectomy were analysed. Additionally, their etiology, diagnosis and treatment were allso disscussed.
