摘要
将模架设计过程分解成各自独立的模块,针对部分模块,为降低设计过程中对知识利用的难度和灵活性,将设计知识以表的形式存储在Microsoft Excel,实现与CAD软件自身分离;针对不同的模架类型进行分类编码处理以便于计算机处理;模架零件尺寸既要保证科学性又要保证标准化系列化,标准尺寸系列以层状文件存储,它在物理结构上独立于开发平台;这种知识处理方式,有利于设计知识的更新和修改,扩大知识利用的广度,大大提高模架设计的效率和设计质量。
Knowledge of moldbase design is divided into independent modules. For certain moulde, in order to reduce difficulty of utilizing knowledge and improve flexibility, design knowledge is stored in sheets of Microsoft Excel independent to the CAD software. The moldbase types are classified and coded, which makes it possible for computer processing. It is necessary that both scientificity and serialization of dimensional parameters should be satisfied for design dimensions, the samdwich file, which independent of physical structure of CADCEUS, is adopted to store them. All these help enlarging and updating design knowledge. As a result, the moldbase design efficiency and quality will be improved greatly.
