摘要 两种海藻采自山东青岛太平角及汇泉角,在研究其化学组成的过程中发现,抽提物饱和烃馏份中的生物标志化合物面貌具有成熟原油的特征,它们的成熟度参数C29甾20S/(20S+20R)值达0.51,细菌生源的藿烷类化合物m/z191的强度,比生源为藻类等有机质的甾烷类化合物m/z217的强度高出约—个数量级,并且存在成岩过程的热演化产物重排甾烷,这些都不是所分析的两种现代生物藻所应具有的生物标志物面貌,而是某一种成熟原油的面貌。经将样品加热模拟实验后,进一步证实山东省青岛太平角及汇泉角的海藻可能已遭现代油品的痕量污染。 During our study of the chemical constitution of two algae from Taipingjiao and Huiquan near Qingdao in Shandong Province, maturity biomarker distribution is found in the saturate fraction of the extract from the two algae. The maturity parameter, the ratio of C29 sterane 20S/(20S + 20R), is 0.51. The intensity of m/z 191 hopenoids by bacteria origin is ten times as that of m/z 217 steroids by algae organic matter origin. In addition, the rearranged steranes, which indicate the sample should have undergone thermal diagenesis, are in those two samples. All these features should not occur in modern algae, and they should come from certain oil. Based on the analysis of the thermal simulation product of the two algae, it is confirmed that the algae might be contaminated by oil product.
