Lolita is the beloved novel written by Vladimir Nabokov,a world-known writer. This paper is to approach its linguistic charms which are manifested from the poetic, comic and multi-lingual features in language as well as its myriad ways of word construction and style. A conclusion is reached that Nabokov＇s creative principle is for the art which affords readers and the author himself aesthetic bliss.
