高校辅导员角色的重新定位及认识

从新形势下高校辅导员工作实践的角度出发,认为高校辅导员在为学生服务、为学校办学目标服务的过程中,要对自己在高等教育环节中的角色进行重新定位。高校辅导员处于教育和管理学生的一线位置,必须坚持以学生为本,树立以培养学生创新精神为核心的人才标准观,因时因地地进行创造性的教育和管理,从而培养出新世纪的高等人才。
