电刺激终纹床核群对大鼠痛阈的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本实验用辐射热作为伤害性刺激,以浅麻状态大鼠甩尾反射潜伏期为痛阈指标,观察了电刺激终纹床核群对大鼠痛阈的影响。结果表明,电刺激终纹床核群使大鼠甩尾反射潜伏期明显延长;这种作用可被PAG内微量注入γ-氨基丁酸所阻断。提示终纹床核群参与了痛觉调制,其下行抑制通路主要是经过PAG中继的。 The tail-flick latency(TFL) in lightly pentobanbital-anesthetized rat by nociception stimuli with radiant heat was measured as pain thresold. Effects of electrical stimulation of the bed nuclei of stria terminalis(BST) on the pain threshold were investigated. It was found that TFL was increaed(P<0.05) at once after BST was stimulated, but it returned to normal in 5min. The effects of BST stimulation on tail-flick reflex were blocked by mioroinjection of GABA into PAG. The results suggest that BST plays an impotant role in pain modulation and the decending inhibitory pathway of BST-induced antinociception is mainly mediated via a relay though the PAG.
