The Influence of the Strategy of Intellectual Property Rights of the Transnational Corporations on the Development of Our National Manufacturing Industry and the Countermeasures

跨国公司普遍通过知识产权运作实现在全球的管理。研究表明,知识产权运作的影响表面是跨国公司对进入国市场和高额利润的攫取,而更深层的是造成进入国产业的附庸化和研发能力的弱化。为此,政府不仅应该重视知识产权的法律保护,更应该积极参与在市场开放和企业管理上的知识产权管理,同时,企业在并购活动中,应着重寻求拥有知识产权的企业。

Generally, the transnational corporations realize their global management by using the intellectual property rights. The research indicates that the influence of using the intellectual property rights, in the surface, seems to be the seizing both of the countries＇ markets allowed entering into and the high profits, but more significance is that the influence will make countries＇ manufacturing industries more attached as to weaken their researching abilities. Thus, the governments should not only pay attention to the lawful protection of the intellectual property rights, but also actively take part in the management of the intellectual property rights in the way of the opening of the markets and the management of the enterprises, at the same time, the enterprises in need of cooperation should deliberately find the ones possessing the intellectual property rights.
