SAPSⅡ评分在创伤ICU病人护理中的应用

Application study of SAPS Ⅱ on nursing of patients in TICU

目的探讨SAPSⅡ评分对创伤ICU病人护理干预措施的指导作用。方法将71例创伤ICU病人分为以SAPSⅡ评分指导护理措施制定的SAPSⅡ组(37例)和对照组(34例),SAPSⅡ评分组病人动态进行SAPSⅡ评分,并根据其评分进行护理资源的配置和护理措施的制定;对照组按常规由医生制定护理级别,护士按疾病种类和制定的相应护理级别的常规要求进行护理。比较2组病人住创伤ICU时间、医疗花费、住院期间并发症的发生率,以及护士对护理资源配置的满意度和病人出创伤ICU时对护理工作的满意度的差异。结果SAPSⅡ组病人住创伤ICU时间、医疗花费、并发症的发生率均明显低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAPSⅡ组病人对护理工作的满意度以及护士对护理资源配置的满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SAPSⅡ评分在制定创伤ICU病人护理措施中的应用,可以更好地指导护理资源的配置,合理制定相应的护理措施,从而提高医疗、护理质量,提高病人对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the role of simplified acute physiology score（SAPS Ⅱ ） in drawing up nursing intervention project for patients in trauma intensive care unit（TICU）. Methods All 71 patients in TICU were branched out into SAPS Ⅱ group （nursing intervention project drawn according to SAPS Ⅱ ） and general group. Patients in SAPS Ⅱ group were scored with SAPS Ⅱ everyday continually,and corresponding nursing intervention project were drawn according to SAPS Ⅱ. Nursing intervention project of patients in general group were not drawn according to SAPS Ⅱ. The difference of indexes of length of stay, cost, complications, morbidity, rate of contentment in nurses and patients were comgared between SAPS Ⅱ group and general group. Results The indexes of SAPS Ⅱ group for length of stay, cost, morbidity were lower than that of in general group,all of P 〈 0.05. Degrees of contentment for patients and nurses in SAPS Ⅱ group were higher than that of in general group,all of P 〈 0.05. Conclusions SAPS Ⅱ may be used as a index to grawn up nursing intervention project for patients in trauma intensive care unit.
