眼部吹氧治疗白内障超声乳化术后重度角膜水肿的疗效研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨眼部吹氧对白内障超乳术后重度角膜水肿的治疗作用。方法对88例88眼白内障超乳术后重度角膜水肿的患者随机分实验组及对照组,实验组给予眼部吹氧加常规药物治疗,对照组只用常规药物治疗,5 d后比较疗效。结果实验组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论眼部吹氧可提高白内障超乳术后重度角膜水肿的疗效,缩短患者的住院日期。 Objective To probe into the clinical curative effect of oxygen-blast-to-eye on the serious cornea odema after the operation of cataract phaloemulsification. Methods A total of 88 eases with serious odema of the cornea after the operation of cataract phaloemulsification were randomly divided into the test group and the control group. The patients in the test group were given the oxygen blast with the routine medicine theatment, while the patients in the control group were only given the routine medicine treatment. The curative effects were compared after five days. Results The general effective rate in the test group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P〈 0.01). Conclusions Oxygen- blast-to-eye can improve the curative effect in the treating patients with serious cornea odema after the operation of cataract phalomulsification, thereby shortening the medical treatment of the patients in hospital.
