摘要
目的研究成人护理专科不同生源科研教育的需求。方法采用自行设计调查问卷对434名不同生源成人专科护理学员进行问卷调查。结果不同生源参加护理科研和撰写护理论文的意愿均比较强烈,不同生源在创新能力、解决问题能力、逻辑推理能力均存在显著差异。外语水平低是影响不同生源开展科研的首要因素,不同生源的学员对计算机教育的需求表现在对SPSS统计软件学习的需求较高,对开设公共英语和专业英语课程的需求较强。对需要加强和增设的课程前5位的排序为:市区学员为统计课程、护理科研课程、计算机课程、医学新技术新知识、英语课程;郊区学员为护理科研课程、医学新技术新知识、统计课程、计算机课程、临床护理课程。结论成人高等护理教育应促进不同生源的学员科研素质的提高,在护理教学中应注意科研能力的培养及专业英语水平的提高,并应注意成人培养目标和课程设置的研究。
Objective To study the demands of research educatton ot aduit-educatlon nursing students in technological academy. Methods 434 adult-education nursing students in technological academy were investigated by self-designed questionnaire. Results All students had strong willing of participating in scientific research of nursing and writing nursing thesis. There were significant differences in innovation ability, solve problem ability, reasoning from logic ability among different sources of students. Poor English was the primary factor that influenced different sources of students to launch scientific research. Students from urban and countryside had the needs of study SPSS and public English as well as professional English. The courses that needed strengthening or adding were: statistics course, nursing scientific research course, computer course, new medical knowledge and technology, English course (in urban students); nursing scientific research course, new medical knowledge and technology, statistics course, computer course, clinical nursing course (in suburb students). Conclusions Nursing adult- education should promote the scientific research quality of the students of different sources, and cultivate the scientific research ability as well as professional English. Cultivation goal and course setting should be paid attention to.
