摘要
目的探讨健康教育对喉癌患者心理状态及生存质量的影响。方法将40例喉癌手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组进行常规治疗和护理,观察组在进行常规治疗和护理的同时,还进行健康教育,并分别于入院时、手术前、术后3周采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行测评,术后3周采用生活质量评定量表对生活质量进行评分,比较健康教育的效果。结果观察组患者在围手术期心理状况、术后生活质量及术后辅助治疗自愿坚持率等方面均优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论对喉癌手术患者开展健康教育可以改善患者心理焦虑状况,提高生存质量。
Objective To study the influence of health education on the psychological state and life quality of patients with laryngeal cancer. Methods Forty patients with laryngeal cancer in the study were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The routine therapeutic and nursing care was given in the control group. Health education was given in the observation group, besides the routine therapeutic and nursing care. With the self-evaluated anxiety scale (SAS), the patients were evaluated on the day of hospitalization, before the operation and three weeks after the operation, respectively. The life quality of the patients was evaluated on the day three weeks after the operation, with the life quality scale, The results of the health education were compared. Results The psychology state of the perioperative period, the life quality after the operation and the persistence of post-operation accessory treatment in the observation group were superior to those of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Health education to the patients with laryngeal cancer can ameliorate the psychological state of anxiety of the patients and improve their life quality.
