抵抗素与2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的关系

The Relationship of Resistin with Insulin Resistance in Type 2 Diabetic Mellitus Patients

研究血清抵抗素与2型糖尿病(DM)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。应用EIA测定72例2型DM患者(非肥胖2型DM组33例,肥胖2型DM组39例)及34名健康者(对照组)的空腹血清抵抗素水平。对照组、肥胖2型DM组及非肥胖2型DM组血清抵抗素水平分别为11.0±6.5μg/L、30.2±9.5μg/L及19.1±8.3μg/L,肥胖2型DM组和非肥胖2型DM组血清抵抗素水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.001),肥胖2型DM组血清抵抗素水平显著高于非肥胖2型DM组(P<0.001),血清抵抗素水平与2型DM患者HOMAIR指数和程度呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。

To investigate the relationship of serum resistin with insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic mellitus（DM） patients, the serum resistin level was measured by EIA in 72 type 2 DM and 34 normal subjects. The serum resistin levels were 11.0±6.5/Lg/L , 30. 2±9. 5/Lg/L and 19. 1±8.3/Lg/L in normal subjects and type 2 DM patients with and without obesity respectively. The serum resistin levels were higher in type 2 DM patients either with or without obesity than in the normal subjects（P〈0. 001）. The resistin levels in diabetic patients with obesity were higher than in patients without obesity（P〈0. 001）. The serum resistin levels in type 2 DM patients were positively associated with HOMA-IR（P〈0. 001）. Serum resistin levels were significantly related to the degree of insulin resistance in type 2 DM patients.
